Hi StonePeter. Regarding your recent changes of Ciudad Vieja to San Miguel Escobar at the Iximche and Antigua Guatemala pages, San Miguel is a barrio, or district/neighbourhood, of Ciudad Vieja. I don't know how your Spanish is, but you can find confirmation of this at the official website of the municipality of Ciudad Vieja at Datos Generales de Ciudad Vieja Sacatepéquez as well as the confirmation of the early Colonial capital in the San Miguel Escobar district at Historia de Ciudad Vieja . I just undid my recent undo of your edit in Soul music. As a return I ask that you put something, anything on your user page. This will change your name from being a red link to being a blue link , which in turn suggests (at least to me) that you plan on being around for a while. Which I hope you do. Eggs Benedict

I posted the following information which was deleted without any inquiry to me, a direct 5th generation descendant of Mrs. Le Grand Benedict:

"During Chef Ranhofer's Delmonico years (1862-1899), Captain and Mrs. Le Grand Benedict (born 1843, Emma Frances Gardner) were frequent diners. Five generations of Benedict family history, include Mabel C. Butler (descended through Mrs. LeGrand Benedict's daughter Florence), who authored a 1967 letter[8] to the New York Times."

and this:

"Oscar Tschirky quite possibly learned of eggs Benedict from Chef Ranhofer during their crossover Delmonico years together. While Lemuel Benedict may indeed have requested the egg concoction from Tschirky at the Waldorf in 1894 as a hangover cure, in that same year, the recipe was already printed in chef Ranhofer's The Epicurean.[9]"
