Conflict of interest?

Hi, I noticed you've been editing the EleutherAI article and there's a "Stella Biderman" listed on the employees. Is there a WP:CONFLICT of interest? Mathnerd314159 (talk) 03:22, 20 March 2023 (UTC)

Thanks for the link! Yes, that is me. I had read WP:Advocacy and WP:Paid-contribution_disclosure before editing the page, but apparently missed that one. Other than not editing the article further is there a preferred way to proceed?

I think all that matters is that it's disclosed, that's the talk page and user page templates in wp:disclose. Other than that it's really up to you how you'd like to contribute to Wikipedia, at least until someone decides that the COI is causing a problem. As I read it, editing is allowed, although "strongly discouraged". But you've mostly avoided the typical problems of COI, besides maybe a lack of sources.
