Overall, edits are good. There are certain things that could be changed though. Initial edits:

"red tide is a discoloration of the sea water that the Gonyaulax species inhabit. These are typically caused..." What is these referring to?

Certain phrases are not encyclopedia quality. Examples: "happens to come in contact with", "some sort of amount of", "known to date". In general, you want to make it dry and straightforward.

Looking at the original article, what I feel like it is lacking is organization and some type of structure. I like how you have some topics which you bolded.

Right now you have red tide, affect on humans, and structure. I believe that the red tide part should come early because it seems like gonyalaux is known for that. From there, I think your next section should be the structures one, with the affect on humans as the finishing touch. One other option could be to include the affect on humans as a subsection of the beginning when red tide is discussed.

The changes that were made were good and the suggestions were taken into account. Still slightly confused about the organization and the different subtitles and whether or not that is what you are going to keep it as when the page goes live, but it doesn't look like a traditional Wikipedia page. Content is good.
