Concerning proper game title formatting and detailed game information.

The capitalization that you view in error is actually the proper way to spell them: Dance Dance Revolution with MARIO, Dance Dance Revolution MARIO MIX, Dancing Stage MARIO MIX, Dance Dance Revolution HOTTEST PARTY, and so on. That is the method that Konami has used for the DDR series of games since their release almost 10 years ago: Dance Dance Revolution BEST HITS, Dance Dance Revolution KONAMIX, Dance Dance Revolution EXTREME, and so on. GAMECUBE is the proper formatting of that brand as well, look at the wikipedia article for GAMECUBE and you'll see the "encyclopedic" formatting for the brand but you will also see the game logo which incorporates all caps. Again, this is not a violation of any Wikipedia guideline (As if they were set in stone). In fact the Wikipedia guidelines state that using proper formatting within the article's text is useful.

In addition, do not remove the game information regarding MARIO MIX gameplay, the content may not fit perfectly into an encyclopedic article I agree but all the DDR articles are undergoing renovation by me a couple of other editor at the moment. There is also no grounds to flat out remove it as they explain to readers the connection between DDR and the Mario universe and give them a better understanding of how the gameplay differs from a typical DDR title. I also need that information to be there when I apply a major update to the series main article which has a "For further details see" tag right to that content. Something that won't work if you keep deleting it.

I appreciate that you're trying to help, and I don't mean to step on your toes, but please do not revert the edits in question again as they are correct. Allow experts on the subject to continue to make changes to make the articles better for the community and better suited for this site. It's a slow process but it's one that will be pleasant and appreciated once other editors and readers can see the direction that we are going. Looks like that newbie still hasn't learned, I just had to go through and de-capitalize the article again. He also screwed with many of the redirects for DDR games, requiring me to get an admin to help move them (look at and see that a lot of them are at titles that violate MOSTM). Cartman's religion

Well, about a good solution, I think we may want to simply put it as "Christian." I had set it that way while the discussion was ongoing, since it can't be disputed that Cartman at least considers himself some form of Christian, given his repeated references to Mel Gibson and The Passion of the Christ. Do you know if protection can be applied to a single section rather than the whole page? I think if we simply protected the info box, we could put this issue to rest. In retrospect, however, removing the segment may actually be better, since Cartman's religion has never been a major part of his character aside from that fact that he is Christian, and then only to catalyze his ripping on Kyle for being Jewish. I agree with you, I don't think his religion doesn't matter at all in the series, but apparently for some people it does. I know it's possible to insert a protection template, but I don't know if that would prevent editing, and besides, to do so wouldn't be in very good faith, as protection powers are granted by the community to users who are trusted to use the power appropriately. Re:Watch your mouth

It was extremely easy to find valid information on Google by searching '"age of empires" ds glitch'. I don't know how you managed not to be able to find anything. I'm sure there are search terms that won't provide obvious results but it sure wasn't difficult to think of terms that did give results. Anyway, the sources I gave on the talk page were from forums and a blog and therefore not usable under the Wikipedia rules you apparently prize so highly (if I had added them, would you have deleted them and added a "citation needed" tag to the other two?). Aside from you ignoring the talk page, I was pissed that you added an "original research" tag the second time, since the information clearly had some basis and I'd already explained that the source was no longer available. It's not my goddamn fault that Majesco only acknowledged the glitch in their forums and then deleted their forums (which also are not archived on Wayback, unfortunately). You start throwing up unsourced and original research tags, people assume the information is falsified, it gets deleted, and then consumers who purchase the game lose an important source of information about a problem that can permanently break the game. Problem re: possible edit war

Hi, wanted to ask for your opinion and help with an article Rainforest Schmainforest. As you can see from the edit history a user, Drewmartial, has been consistently removing a section with no reason given. The section in particular is about episode's reception abroad and is backed up by a blog that links to a Spanish TV programme's website. A quick translation into English via Google supports the use of the site as a cite (and you may remember me as someone who doesn't like to go without cites!). One of the users who was working against me, seems to be determined to start an edit war in the Over Logging article, apparently for a laugh, insisting that I cite the plot of a TV show.

Copy from my talkpage: I think highly of Taiwan, but I don't think highly of the Republic of China or the People's Republic of China. The Republic of China illegally occupied Taiwan and essentially committed genocide against Taiwanese during the 228 massacre and white terror. The United States obviously didn't give a shit because Taiwan was part of the Japanese Empire before the end of WWII and most Taiwanese supported Japan during the war. Truman and other Americans were happy to see their friend Chiang Kai-Shek brutalizing Taiwanese and brainwashing their unique Taiwanese-Japanese blend culture despite no legal bases for doing so. It took more than 40 years for one man, Lee Teng-Hui, to infiltrate through the Chinese Nationalist system and retook Taiwan for the Taiwanese, but an entire generation is lost and brainwashed. The Republic of China is a slave name and Mandarin Chinese is a slave language force on ethnic Taiwanese. Chinese (both Kuomintang and PRC) need to leave Taiwan alone and Kuomintang members need to go back to China if they don't assimilate to mainstream Taiwanese culture.--NWA.Rep (talk) 19:08, 14 November 2008 (UTC)

Harassment

Harassment - you've broken this several times now, whereas the only thing I've done is a very indirect personal attack in a conversation on another user's talk page. I don't live in New Jersey, don't wish to, but even claiming that I do is harassment, and that gives me enough grounds to bring in an administrator regarding your constant edits (in addition to the personal attacks you pointed out).

We've both made mistakes, we're both humans, but I don't by any definition other than your own owe you an apology, so find something better to do that doesn't involve editing my talk page or sandbox. Let it go, since for someone under editor review you should watch this kind of behavior more, don't you think?
