Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You might not know it, but there are special rules for editing biographies for living persons, see WP:BLP. To put it shortly: if you want to have potenially contentious information in an article about a living person, then that information has to be sources to very reliable sources, see WP:RS. Now, you are trying to insert potenially contentious information into the article about Tamim Al Barghouti, and you source it to an article in Arabic. Sorry, that is not good enough.
