editIf you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page, replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason for thinking that the block was an error, and publish the page. Decline reason:
- you must confirm that this account is used by one individual only
- you must agree to avoid creating or directly editing articles related to your organization (requested edits will still be permitted)
- you must agree to abide by the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use and disclose any paid relationship in accordance with the paid contributor policy
- you must indicate what areas of Wikipedia you intend to edit in the future
If you have no interest in editing Wikipedia beyond writing about your organization, then you will not be unblocked. If this is the case, I recommend you consider alternative outlets.
So we know understanding is mutual, please state your understanding/response to each item in your own words.

editHi Leila, thank you for your patience. I'm sure you know all about our issues with conflicts of interest by now, and I'm looking forward to getting Snøhetta back into compliance so you can work on Draft:Snøhetta and most of the other articles on the English Wikipedia. If there's something you aren't allowed to do, ask me. If I can't do it for you, I will try to do something better instead. Often that something better will be asking you to do something else. For example, here is a proposed draft of the sort of thing you might write for your unblock request rationale:
“ | Thank you for reminding me that the English Wikipedia has longstanding policies against the use of role accounts because of our copyright attribution requirements. Boldly creating a role account was against policy when I did so, and I regret not studying the policies, guidelines, conventions, and terminology sufficiently to realize this before I did it. If I had, I am sure I would have complied with policy. From this point forward, I agree to using a single account, and if others at Snøhetta would like to edit, they are welcome to do so as long as they also do not use a role account. I apologize for the block evasion, and pledge to comply with the foundation:Terms of Use and the English Wikipedia WP:COI and paid editing policies. I would like to use the account name ____________ from this point forward. Thanks again. ~~~~ | ” |
Please feel free to put that in your own words or use it like I wrote it. Please also study those policies.
Now, about the logo that got deleted, I recommend using the commons:Special:UploadWizard and very carefully following the instructions. You are probably going to have to send an email based on this format. Good luck, and please let me know how I can help. EllenCT (talk) 19:55, 29 February 2020 (UTC)
Dead link
editThe link at the bottom of https://brandingwikipedia.org/2020/02/17/what-does-free-knowledge-mean-to-you/ reading "Except where otherwise noted, the content of this site is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license" is dead, and should be https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/
Thank you for your help. EllenCT (talk) 04:43, 1 March 2020 (UTC)
