Hi, smart 7th grader, welcome to Wikipedia. The main space (where articles are) is not place to work on an article that is not ready for presentation. Please feel free to create a draft of an article in your userspace at User:Smart 7th Grader/SM&P Utility Resources without fear of deletion. Please also read Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies) and consider carefully if the subject warrants an article. If you need any help or have any question feel free to contact me on my talk page. Jon513 (talk) 21:51, 26 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

I have moved what you wrote to User:Smart 7th Grader/SM&P Utility Resources where you are free to work on it. Please don't move it to the mainspace until there is enough context to identify the subject and and assertion of significance. Also source can go a long way to help an article. Again, welcome.
