Welcome to Wikipedia!

It looks like your username is promoting a website. You've made a helpful edit so far, but I'm concerned that if you go on editing under this username, you'll be accused of spamming.

I suggest that you should change your username. The easiest way to do this is to create a new account. Let me know if you have any questions. rspeer / ɹəədsɹ 21:11, 2 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

I was just thinking about how I would be giving this impression with my user name. I know it probably looks a little tacky but I would like to keep it all the same. As I do research for our site I often get the opportunity to contribute to Wikipedia which I like to do. Since these edits are the product of work I do at our website I would like the attribution for this work directed toward our website. This is similar to the way a person would use his our her own name for a user account in order that their contributions are recognized by their associates for example. I assure you that I am committed to making only useful, non-biased edits. If I don't live up to that then if would be fair to accuse me of spamming. Thanks for the reply. I am in fact often the one discouraging people from their reflexive "omg block the spammer!" response, exactly for reasons such as this, so it's nice to hear the explanation. Keep up the good edits. By the way, did you know that your website is returning a 403 error? rspeer / ɹəədsɹ 05:33, 3 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
I did. It's not quite done yet :) SmallTalkiesDOTcom (talk) 17:35, 3 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
