notenglish and db-notenglish

Articles are not automatically speediable for not being in English. The {{db-notenglish}} is only supposed to be used if you can verify that the article already exists on a foreign-language Wikipedia. Otherwise, the proper course is to use a {{notenglish}} tag and request a translation per the instructions on that template. Fan-1967 03:23, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
