Hi Scott, and welcome to the Military History Project! I notice you've made Peer and A-Class Review requests for the above article. You can only do one at a time and, looking at the article, I recommend you remove the A-Class Review nomination as there is a lot of work to do to get the article to the stage where it might pass that. Peer Review, on the other hand, is fair enough if you'd like a few editors to comment on how to improve the article (there are some obvious things I'd be happy to discuss with you further just between us without the need for you to go into even a Peer Review at this stage, if you like). I see also that someone has rated the article quite highly on its talk page, however the article doesn't meet the criteria for these assessments, so I will be reassessing shortly.
