Protected Content contains factually incorrect statement which is purposefully misleading.

The first paragraph of this article contains the line "The Indian Medical Association labels Ayurvedic practitioners who claim to practice medicine as quacks.[6]" with a citation.

The citation does NOT contain any statement equal to the statement made here. The citation very specifically says:

Quacks can be divided amongst three basic categories [including]... Practitioners of Indian Medicine (Ayurvedic, Sidha, Tibb, Unani), Homeopathy, Naturopathy, commonly called Ayush, who are not qualified to practice Modern Medicine (Allopathy) but are practicing Modern Medicine. (Emphasis mine)

So the IMA does NOT say that practitioners of Ayurvedic are "quacks", it says that Ayurvedic practitioners who attempt to also practice Modern Medicine are quacks. There is a big difference. The offending statement should be removed as purposeless. At a minimum, it should be corrected to state "The Indian Medical Association labels Ayurvedic practitioners who claim to also practice Modern (Western) Medicine as quacks."
