Bettie Page "Christmas" Picture

Are you sure that the "Christmas" picture link that I added to the Bettie Page article is a copyright violation? I found the picture using a google search. I will adhere to your decision, but I am just wondering if you are being a bit too cautious. (Please don't take this as criticism of you. Yes, I'm being cautious, but there's no indication in the link that: A) the image is not under copyright; and B) the image ought to be hosted where it is. If the image has fallen into the public domain... -- Skarl 20:11, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

For starters, if I were you, I'd read this thread, which details possible copyright problems with that particular image, and then choose a different image to upload – an untampered screenshot/promotional image from the movie. Once that's done, drop me a note and I'll sort out the licensing and fair use rationale. -- Skarl 10:42, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
