(in case of interest @Doggy54321:) Hi. That's a standard warning text for new users. Just like WP:NOTFORUM, it says that nobody is allowed to use Wikipedia as a chat forum or for any reason whatsoever other than directly improving the relevant article. Users can be blocked for this. So far, this is all you've done. Plus you've been very sassy and defiant about it. We don't want you to get blocked! I know you're young and you're a new user, so you should definitely stop editing and just read the rules and see how people do things for a long time until you learn how to edit someday. Anybody who doesn't read and follow the rules can get blocked. This is hard stuff that very few people are very good at. Maybe you can make a Talk page suggestion on fixing a typo somewhere.
