Image copyright problem with Image:HAST Wikipedia.pdf edit
Thank you for uploading Image:HAST Wikipedia.pdf. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

Hello Wikipedia editors. As I am new to Wikipedia, I am not even sure that I am using the correct page to talk to you. I have added the required copyright tag and uploaded an updated version of HAST. However, the old version is still there and I do not know how to remove it. Also, I do not know how to remove the warning template as required. Please help.

HAST formulae edit
I have attempted to format the formulae in the article you wrote on the Highly accelerated stress test, but I'm not sure whether I did it correctly, because of the slightly ambiguous text notation.
