Useful Links/Policy Wikipedia has a lot of policy that you should or must follow. Wikipedia:Avoiding common mistakes is a good place to start off, and so is this. Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines gives a good overview on policy. Wikipedia:Vandalism is the policy on Wikipedia vandalism, and the blocking policy tells you what you have to do to get blocked. Wikipedia:Sockpuppets has the general guidelines on sockpuppeting. Wikipedia:Userboxes has a directory of userboxes, which some users disagree with but I personally like. Wikipedia:New contributors' help page is a good place to get help from more experienced editors, and Wikipedia:Naming conventions will help you with your first article. There is a lot more, but you can find it out on your own.
