Plagiarism and close paraphrasing

Please talk to your students about plagiarism and close paraphrasing of sources. I'd hate to have one of them blocked.

In addition, some of the sources one of your students paraphrased contained prescriptive remedies and personal observations like " ... have an alarmingly high rate of ..." - not suitable for an encyclopedia. Personal reactions are not appropriate.
