The Herzeliya Leo Blooms Hammers is an amateur American football team based in Herzeliya, Israel, playing in the Israeli Football League (IFL).

The Hammers was established at 2010, as the 8th expention team to the IFL. In Oct. 2010 the team became a part of the IFL and started playing her first season. On the first game the team got it's first historical victory over the Jerusalem Kings 38-8.

History

2010-2011 Season

The team played 10 regular season games and in it's first season and had a 3-7 record. The Hammers finished at the 3rd place in the North Devision and qualified to the IFL Playoff's, in the quarter finels the team met the Tel Aviv Pioneers and lost.

2011-2012 Season

Practices for the 2011-2012 season will start at June 2011. Rockie camp will start at May 2011.

Stadium

The Hammers had to change several stadiums during the year, but set it's home at Holon City Stadium

Team Staff

The Hammers was founded by Gilad Shoham and Ady Totah. And Coached Yosi Rabenu and Michael Davison's.

Sponsors

The Leading sponsor for the 2010-2011 season was the Irish Pub, Leo Blooms from Tel Aviv.
