Alignment

Assuming this template survives the deletion discussion, I think we should try to get the stop sign and the text to line up, but the ordinary CSS tricks don't seem to work. I even tried removing the "div class=userblock" part to see if that was the problem, but it didn't seem to help (note that I did this all in preview mode, so there's no diffs for me to point to).
