Template RFC

I am trying to find an article describing the RFC template and how to use it. You have posted an article on the Template RFCxxx page raising the problem of page deletion. I agree with your point, I do not think that each phrase or even paragraph in an article has to be referenced. However I still don't know how to use the template and where to find its description. Speedy deletion of Template:RFCxxx

A tag has been placed on Template:RFCxxx, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
