Plot summaries

Apologies if it was too long. However I felt it necessary, given that the previous version was not actually correct, nor was the edit made to my edit. As mentioned on the Talk page for the article in question, the Lord President did not create the Time Lock.

Time lock

Yup, it's a meanwhile, not a flashback. It's a time travel show... the Time Lord scenes, despite being during the Time War & within a Time Lock, are happening at the same time as the present-day Earth scenes.
