unblock|I seem to have been blocked because I am using Tor to access the editing functions of Wikipedia. Since I have not vandalised any page in Wikipedia I should not be blocked based on IP addressing. Wikipedia should implement a system where logged in users can edit regardless of IP (In fact allow only logged in users to make edits to wikipedia). If such a user were found guilty of vandalism then let them be punished by a ban. Those who say that vandals may sign up and then vandalise then make the sign up process inconvenient. Use captchas and other methods to insure human involvement in the sign up. Make such users authenticate their provided e-mail addresses before allowing them to edit pages. Such inconveniences can discourage vandals to repeat their acts of vandalism.

Blocked IP: 149.9.0.25

Well I've waved my magic wand and lets hope that feature is implemented, until it is sorry no Tor. --pgk(talk) 16:11, 16 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for uploading Image:Tripura-in-India.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. You can get help on image copyright tagging from Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. -- Carnildo 04:39, 3 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
