How do I create an article for an actual artist page?

I would like to create a wiki page for an artist

To have an article about yourself, you must first be notable. So, here are some important things to read about:

Request reason:

I created a new page because I did not want my wiki page showing as shakilaboler14. I want it to show as Sha'rozae and I did not see an area to edit/change my username. I thought the sandbox is where you can work on a draft article before sending it for approval. Honestly I'm very confused now. I would just like to create an artist wiki page for Sha'rozae. How do I do that without being blocked and all of the extra things. I don't need a talk page or to communicate with other users
