Hi Seree! When choosing an article, you'd want to choose a topic that has lots of reliable sources available. A quick check using Google shows few sources available for the David Ray Hate Crimes Prevention Act and Air Pollution Control Act topics. However, there is plenty of sources available for the Blue Code of Silence article. The sourcing and the tone of the article is pretty poor and you could work on that. There is also room for expansion as you can include in the pros and cons, cite cases, etc. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
