If you don't mind, I'll give my 2¢ here.

Infobox construction has changed significantly since I first created Template:Infobox Public transit. I would highly suggest looking at Template:Infobox rail line for inspiration. Anyhoo, some of my personal suggestions...

1. Consolidate the frequency fields to just "Frequency" and allow the editor to use simple
line breaks to add specifics. Thinking about it some more, I'm wondering whether this should be included at all left to main article prose.
2. Colsolidate the Terminus fields to just "Termini" and allow the editor to use simple
line breaks to add specifics. e.g. Template:Infobox rail line
3. Where's the "Locale" field? Likewise, with that, you don't need "Country".
4. "Transfers to" → "Transfers" or "Connections"
5. You probably only need a field for "Major stops". I would be wary of putting landmarks or communities served for fear of putting too much detail into the infobox. Much of that information should be relegated to the article prose, in my opinion.
6. Why are there two "Ended operation" fields?
7. Lastly, consider using headers to separate different sections of information.
