Potassium

Thanks for your addition to the Potassium article. I'm wondering whether you could change the text "1/2 c." to a more internationally familiar value. I assume that you mean "a half cup", which is mainly used in the U.S. and not in Europe. Can I suggest that you base the list on the amount of potassium in 100g of food.
