Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles or other Wikipedia pages. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. You've been promoting AEBN with all of your edits. Many wikipedia editors frown on such single-purpose accounts. Morbidthoughts (talk) 20:40, 11 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

SciFiAmazon (talk) 21:49, 11 October 2011 (UTC) It was noted by a friend that the other awards were noted, but not that particular one. I was originally only going to update Bree Olson's page (the boyfriend is a fan) but thought I'd do the others as well. Tanner Mayes was missing some info as well, but I didn't have the source material immediately handy to reference/tag appropriately (will try and find the interview tomorrow). The plan wasn't to promote anything in particular -- I saw the listings of other stars and was trying to correct the oversight. Is there something wrong with AEBN in particular?Reply

Nothing particularly wrong with AEBN. Just that all of your edits involve the AEBN awards raised red flags that you may be promoting it. Morbidthoughts (talk) 22:50, 11 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

SciFiAmazon (talk) 13:42, 12 October 2011 (UTC) I guess I look at it as finding a list of winners that weren't listed and updating the information with sources...if I'd come across a list of top albums from 1993 from a magazine and didn't see it listed, I'd probably do the same thing and run down the page and update all the individual entries as needed, but I would be sourcing one site....sort of time management-y to me :) I actually went to the vodawards.com site for the lists, but made sure to find an article somewhere to back it up. But I'll keep it in mind going forward -- thanks!Reply
