Quite simply, yes. There's no specific standard at which an article must be before it is published on Wikipedia, and all you're doing by keeping it to your userpage is attracting less people to edit it. It must stick to Wikipedia's policies of notability and neutral point of view, etc., however, to avoid eventual deletion. Haipa Doragon (talk • contributions) 17:05, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
