The article J. G. Wentworth And Associates has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Despite the article's title, the scam at issue has nothing to do with the actual JG Wentworth aside from the scammers having chosen to use that company's name. Beyond that, the scam itself doesn't seem notable.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button 
located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 02:03, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
I answered some of your questions at Talk:J.G. Wentworth. Also, I don't think there is a "fate" category in that template, and, the fact that they entered bankruptcy is the most of the article, as well. And, really, the company still exists, so it isn't really its "fate." in any case.
Anyways, like I said on the talk page, if you can find reliable secondary sources, then things can be put into the article space. If you can't find them, they cannot. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
