editI just undid an edit of yours at Rockabilly because you removed sourced material. That you believe it to be wrong does not matter. If you want to post a counter perspective you will need to find a reference, which should not be too difficult. Also, if you put something, anything on your user page then your user name will appear as a blue link rather than a red one and this is often seen as being a good thing. - I just undid my undo of your edit, so that bogus claim, which was not supported by the references, was removed. Wikipedia sometimes moves in mysterious ways. Please don't be too put off by my process. Carptrash (talk) 19:36, 19 August 2013 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Walter Görlitz. I noticed that you made a change to an article, List of rock genres, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at List of rock genres. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Walter Görlitz (talk) 05:33, 23 September 2013 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Ged UK. I noticed that you made a comment on the page User talk:Walter Görlitz that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia needs people like you and me to collaborate, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Personal attacks will not be tolerated, and will see you blocked if you continue. Your recent edit to User Carptrash was decidedly uncivil. Wikipedia needs people like you and me to collaborate, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. Personal attacks do not help the editorial process. They will not be tolerated, and will get you blocked from editing if you continue. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 14:06, 23 September 2013 (UTC)

editfor your insightful comment
- "I forgot more than you know about rovckabilly, dickhead.
However you might want to keep in mind that wikipedia is rarely about how much an editor knows about a subject but rather how much s/he can document about the subject.
- People come to me to "document" their theories.
- I see. And then what do you do? Carptrash (talk) 21:45, 23 September 2013 (UTC)
Sorry, but under Wikipedia's Biographies of living persons polices, your edit has been temporarily reverted. Under this policy, any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be explicitly attributed to a reliable, published source. This includes any negative accusations regarding the recent actions of the article's subject which may be viewed as "embarrassing" or with "utter lack of knowledge". You may only restore the material if you provide a link to a third party reliable source, and it is written according to Wikipedia's policies of Neutral point of view, Verifiability, and No original research. Wikipedia is not a forum or a blog to express your personal views of Joe Buck. Again, Wikipedia does not accept biographical material about a living person that is entirely negative in tone and unsourced.
Users who persistently or egregiously violate these policies will be blocked from editing. This is especially true for users who have had other incidents in the past and violating other Wikipedia policies, such as yourself, as indicated by the previous posts above on your talk page regarding your actions last month for posting uncivil comments. You're definitely not welcome here if you continue to post negative unsourced comments on biography articles, call other users names or profanity, or call Wikipedia policies such as Reliable Sources "bullshit". Thank You. Zzyzx11 (talk) 04:12, 29 October 2013 (UTC)

editPlease do not add or change content, as you did at Martin Short, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. General Ization Talk 01:22, 26 February 2022 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at International Pop Overthrow, you may be blocked from editing. General Ization Talk 01:22, 26 February 2022 (UTC)
