Adding reference to Wikipedia articles
editHello Satyam221B! Please do not forget to add references from reliable sources for the content you add to Wikipedia. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Adding a well formatted references is very easy to do.
- While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which says "cite" click on it
- Then click on "templates",
- Choose the most appropriate template and fill as many details as you can,
This will add a well formatted reference that would be helpful in case the website link (web URL) becomes inactive (dead/link rot) after some time. You can read more about it on Help:Edit toolbar or see this video File:RefTools.ogv. thanks and regards --DBigXray 09:11, 14 June 2018 (UTC)

Citing a source
editHi Satyam221B. I'd really hate to revert your edits [1] [2] [3] but they are unsourced - giving a source on the edit summary is pointless, you need to cite the source in the text. So please fix it, if you are having technical problems I'd be happy to assist. --Muhandes (talk) 06:52, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
