There has been no allegation of abusive conduct related to this account. WP:BLOCK states that blocks should only be for abusive behavior - WP:BLOCKNO states that blocks should not be used for pure content disputes. No abusive behaviour has taken place, and the block was requested for a content dispute - check my edits and the talk page.

Request reason:

Multiple accounts are not banned on wikipedia. Abuse of multiple accounts is. This conduct is not abusive - my edits to this article are *factually correct.* The factual dispute should be referred to arbitration, not resulting in an automatic block.

Decline reason:

Creating a new account to evade a block on an existing account is abuse of multiple accounts as per WP:ILLEGIT - "Circumventing policies or sanctions".
