Speedy deletion nomination of Doctor Bonifacio Basa Arevalo

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Doctor Bonifacio Basa Arevalo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Top Jim (talk) 10:46, 3 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

November 2010

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Doctor Bonifacio Basa Arevalo, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Top Jim (talk) 11:35, 3 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Doctor Bonifacio Basa Arevalo. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. Top Jim (talk) 11:57, 3 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with Doctor Bonifacio Basa Arevalo. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Top Jim (talk) 12:10, 3 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning; the next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did at Doctor Bonifacio Basa Arevalo, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Top Jim (talk) 15:59, 3 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Edit to "Taurus (astrology)"

edit

In a recent edit, you changed the date the Sun enters the sign of Taurus. Although various approaches could be used to calculate the date, the footnote at the end of the paragraph refers to Oxford Dictionaries, which in turn, in the "Taurus" entry, states the date is approximately April 21. In the future please read footnotes so as not to introduce information that contradicts what is stated in the relevant source. Jc3s5h (talk) 02:55, 25 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Taurus (astrology). Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you.

You have falsely attributed dates to Oxford English dictionaries. Jc3s5h (talk) 19:07, 10 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Edits to "Aldebaran"

edit

In your edits to "Aldebaran" in 25 July 2018 you removed the well researched etymology of Aldebaran of the "follower" and replaced it with a freemason rite source that confuses it to mean "foremost" or "leading star." I reverted the edit, that seems reckless to me. Next time consult the established sources for star names, you can find them at the top of User:Rursus/star name desinformation. It contains links that I used when I edited some months to clean up after a vandal that invented star names early on in the history of Wikipedia. If a freemason rite source claims otherwise, you can perhaps add a footnote, but the general rule in Wikipedia is to follow the majority of reliable sources. Rursus dixit. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sacred bull, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Apis (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 08:40, 10 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Khruner. I noticed that you recently removed content from Bull (Pharaoh) without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.
