Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Prof. Edward A. Bayer, from its old location at User:Sarahm84/sandbox/Prof. Edward A. Bayer. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Prof. Edward A. Bayer.jpg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Prof. Edward A. Bayer.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted content borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — Train2104 (t • c) 03:14, 16 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Ways to improve Edward A. Bayer

edit

Hi, I'm Teblick. Sarahm84, thanks for creating Edward A. Bayer!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Much of this article (especially "Early life") is written like a feature in a magazine or newspaper, rather than being encyclopedic in tone. It has far too many details about the subject's childhood.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Hi, I'm Teblick. Sarahm84, thanks for creating Edward A. Bayer!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. In-line citations must be used to indicate sources of segments of the article. Additionally, works by the article's subject are not acceptable as sources. You need third-party reliable sources.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Proposed deletion of File:Designer cellulosomes.jpg

edit

The file File:Designer cellulosomes.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 20 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
