Hi and welcome to Wikipedia. I do not wish to sound rude but our policies do not allow for an account to be used by more than one person, such accounts are referred to as role accounts and prohibited here at Wikipedia. This is a simple mistake that many new users make and is easy to fix. First you must choose a new username (ex: John from SU2C), once you have chosen a username you like you must submit a request at request for username changes (fallow the directions on that page). Before your username is changed I ask you to please not make any edits from this account otherwise it will be blocked. Once your username is changed I ask you that no one else uses it, and you keep this account for the sole purpose of being used by you and no one else. If there are other people (employee's I assume) that would like to edit wikipedia they are more than welcome to create an account themselves. Also note that wikipedia is not a place for advertisements and we like to keep our articles as neutral as possible by making sure users do not have a conflict of interest. Let me know if there is any way for me to be of further assistance. Tiptoety talk 00:46, 4 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

WP:COI concerns

edit

  If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam); and,
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for businesses. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. -- azumanga (talk) 02:34, 17 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

File Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Su2cmorningshow1.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Sherool (talk) 19:10, 25 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
