can you please tell me why my page is up for deletion? thanks

I think that User:Saxifrage has outlined some of the issues. Any page in Wikipedia needs to meet a (poorly defined) standard of notability. In addition, your user name and interests suggest that you are connected with the club. Wikipedia tends not to look too favourably on articles designed specifically for advertising purposes.
On the other hand, notability needs to take into account things that are locally notable in their home country (which in this case, IMO, includes the Trini diaspora). Articles need to be encyclopaedic though - they need to read like objectively written encyclopaedia articles. I'd say it looks good now, but it could use more information - like some details of the fact that it is recognised by the TTFF. Hope this helps. Guettarda 10:39, 29 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add external links to websites that you are associated with to articles. It is considered spam. Fortunately, you don't need to add such links to articles: if the site you represent is considered important enough by enough people, one of those other people will eventually add a link to your site to related articles. — Saxifrage 00:33, 30 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
