Request reason:

I'm requesting an IP block exemption for this account from my IP address. My internet is through a service that provides wireless internet, and it conglomerates through a single IP address. Thus, any user on my internet service gets the whole group of users banned from editing. If I don't have enough constructive editing, then could a note or something be put on the talk page for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/League_of_Legends page under the "Reception" be notified that the Tribunal has been implemented, and the section needs to be updated to acknowledge that fact.

Accept reason:

IP block exempt

I have granted your account an exemption from IP blocking. This will allow you to edit through full blocks affecting your IP address when you are logged in.

Please read the page Wikipedia:IP block exemption carefully, especially the section on IP block exemption conditions.

Note in particular that you are not permitted to use this newly-granted right to edit Wikipedia via anonymous proxies, or disruptively. If you do, or there is a serious concern of abuse, then the right may be removed by any administrator.

Appropriate usage and compliance with the policy may be checked periodically, due to the nature of block exemption, and block exemption will be removed when no longer needed (for example, when the block it is related to expires).

I hope this will enhance your editing, and allow you to edit successfully and without disruption. Hersfold (t/a/c) 01:21, 31 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

IPBE Removed

edit

Hello again, this is to let you know that I have removed IP Block Exemption from your account. From what I can see, the block that was preventing you from editing no longer exists, and there do not appear to be any other barriers to your editing. If this is not the case and you find yourself unable to edit, please let us know as you did before. Thank you. Hersfold (t/a/c) 03:44, 25 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
