Some suggestions: There are a lot of missing citations for the statistics stated under "THE MARKET" section and you should try adding references from reliable sources to the regulation section as well. There is just a lack of supportive sources to go along with the information stated. Also the controversy section is a great ethics tie in for the class. Great job at keeping things neutral!

This was a very interesting topic and article was something I wouldn't have thought about, but it is a very important process to hiring that I feel some companies don't give it much importance. I was viewing the sections that you said that you edited and I think it would've been easier if you would've bolded or highlighted the sentence or paragraph that you edited. It's hard to tell what you added from the original article. In the purpose section there needs to be a citation in regards to what you added because I didn't see one in that paragraph. The "purpose" section does hold the most important information which is crucial to every article. There needs to be a "lead" that is going to let the reader's know what the article is going to be about. The structure of the article isn't great because there's sections in the "Pre-employment Screening" that are based off different locations, but then there's a Florida section that doesn't relate to any of the other ones. For example it could've been structured by countries, or big cities, but it's different kinds of places which makes the article not a strong source. I also noticed that there claims on behalf of unnamed groups and people, for example "some of the reports" in the "public records pay sites." Those were some of the few things I found in the article that could use improvement, but other than that I think you did a good job. Cgome166 (talk)

great article with many ethics implications...i see the additions you're trying to make in the TOC but i don't see any recent edits/contributions from you...may be biting off more than what you can chew...focus on adding less sections but making sure they are complete with citations Micalva (talk) 18:55, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
