Overall really great! Just a few pointers:

-I would add an infobox just outlining the basics of the gene in humans and I would outline orthologs because there is a lot of talk of other species genes and it gets a little bit confusing -define DEAD-family protein: or hyperlink it perhaps: I would say "in mice" rather than "in the mouse" -hyperlink RNA dependent helicase -what band on 5q? -would break the "species" our of gene into "Homology" perhaps -overall a lot of hyperlinking needed to be done (I'm guessing you maybe you just haven't gotten to it)
