Fair Use Image

I have removed Image:ACLU small.png from this template as per Wikipedia:Fair use, which states that fair use images should not be used on templates. I admit the replacement image is not perfect, please replace it with a better fitting image or text. --24fan24 02:45, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
