Articles

edit

There is some confusion about the articles Venice Gavotte and Make Our Garden Grow. They seem to be quotes of some kind but it doesn't say what kind. Can you clarify what the purpose is? They lack what wikipedians refer to as context , which tells the reader the significance and relation of the material.

If they are quotes then we need to know where they are from, who wrote them, what allows us to use them without copyright violation (such as being so old the copyright has expired), etc. A comment on the significance is also desirable.

If the sole content of the article is source material it might be more suited to the the sister project wikisource. People would like to make the articles read more like an encyclopedia entry but aren't sure where to start in this case.

Please continue to contribute, your efforts are appreciated. If you have any questions please leave a message on my talk page. Welcome to wikipedia. RJFJR 19:39, 16 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
