Page deleted and user blocked

I deleted the user's page and blocked the user. WP:NOT is clear: Wikipedia is not a free web host for home pages and advocacy pages. Advocacy on user pages is tolerated at best.

Obviously, User:Rookiee engages in advocacy for the so-called "boylover" cause. His signature, Rookie Revolyob (mirror image of "Boylover"), and his user page, evidently show this.

Despite several warnings and reminders of Wikipedia's policies, the user has consistently kept his signature and user page. This has to stop. David.Monniaux 09:44, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
