Dr. Ugur Guven

Your move of User:Drguven's user and talk pages into mainspace (Dr. Ugur Guven) without his consent is completely inappropriate. His talk page needs to stay where it is anyways; and his userpage is incredibly promotional and hardly encyclopedic.
