Image filenames

Hi there. I just fixed a problem with an image filename here. I tracked the error down to the edit you made here. The corrections you are making to the text of articles are appreciated, but it is best to avoid applying those corrections to filenames, as that tends to turn them into redlinks. DFS Weihe

Thank you for fixing that translation. I checked several sources and they all said Weihe means "Consecration", which made little sense for an aircraft name, unless the designer were a very religious person! Your version makes a lot more sense. - Ahunt (talk) 14:22, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

It's not altogether unusual for a German word to have more than one meaning. It's definitely not due to German perversity(!), but rather to etymological considerations. Rogriv (talk) 13:00, 19 April 2011 (UTC)

Hello, Rogriv. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
