It is not Wikipedia's job to make medical, legal, or other judgements, nor is it Wikipedia's place to give medical, legal, or other disclaimers. - One of the watchwords of Wikipedia is "Verifiability, not truth". It would probably be in your best interest to read Wikipedia's policy on verifiability, Wikipedia's policy on citing sources, and Wikipedia's policy on original research.
