Proposed deletion of MS4 Modeling Environment

The article MS4 Modeling Environment has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I attempted to address this issue by adding a citation to a peer-reviewed conference publication and a published book (disclosure - the book is authored by the CTO of the company developing MS4 Me).
