Hello there! :) So far you've got a nice, detailed article especially with the study you mentioned for the industrial use. You can add more to your "History and Taxonomy" section, for example the conditions and settings under which the researcher or previous researchers found the fungus. Also, you could change the wordings of your subheadings and make it a bit shorter. This way, it will be easier to follow and more interesting. I saw some quotation marks under "Ecology" section regarding food samples. That could be omitted I think, since you're citing the source you used and you don't have to mention that many sources.
