Hi, for a convention to be included on a Wikipedia list, it needs to have a Wikipedia article. For a convention to have a Wiki article, it needs to have enough reporting from independent and reliable sources like newspapers, magazines, etc. TotalCon would have to have a well built and reliably sourced Wiki article to be on that list.
