Pacu at fish market edit
A pacú, also known as Tambaqui, for sale in the Manaus Fish Market, Brazil. Photographer Thorke Østergaard noted that this fish was approximately 34.3 inches (85 cm) long.

Hi Renice.
I often use wikipedia myself, so I would be thrilled if you use my picture for the article.
I have to agree with president Roosevelt: the pacu (tambaqui) is one of the most delicious fish I have ever eaten!
We didn't catch any ourselves in Brazil, where the picture is from, but I caught a pirapitinga (Piaractus brachypomus) in Bung Sam Lan lake in Bangkok, Thailand.....really nice fight on light tackle :-)

I've been editing a page on the pacú for Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacu_(fish) -- pacú are a bit of a news item here in the US at this time of year, as overgrown aquarium-raised pacú tend to unexpectedly end up on fishing lines.

Yes, the pic was taken in Villa Tunari, Bolivia on August 7th 2005.
The restaurant was basically a woman's home with the porch set up with tables. There wasn't a sign but seemed that the locals knew about it. It was the first food that I, as a gringo, took a chance with eating everything and not worrying about how may body would respond. My body survived!
I also noticed the difference in the bone piles between myself and the locals when eating the Pacu. They were able to get much more eatable pieces then I was, I found it very interesting and commented to them, we all had a good laugh.
We had the choice of Surubi (sp?) or Pacu, we all ordered a mix to share but the best thing was that the woman made me my own Yacwa (locoto and tomatoes) with the spiciest locoto that she had, because she was told that the gringo liked it hot.
It was grilled Pacu over rice with sides of lettuce, tomato, onions and (i can't remember what the fried bananas are called or the potato like root that is popular in Bolivia, but they were on the plate also.) With a half of a lemon also.

I was going to load one of your pacu lunch photos (http://www.flickr.com/photos/marcalandavis/32429113/in/set-721701/) to the Wikipedia image database to use to illustrate the article at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacu_(fish), of course crediting you as photographer according to the Creative Commons license.
I was wondering if you could provide some information for a caption....? For example, am I correct that the photo was taken in Villa Tunari, Bolivia on August 7, 2005? Do you remember the restaurant? How it was prepared? What you ordered precisely? Or any other details that might be relevant?
