Hey there. There are lots of ways you can make the image smaller so it looks right in an article. Probably the easiest is to do something like:

[[Image:Example.png|thumb|right|Example image caption]]

If you type this in the article, it will produce a thumbnail size version of the image, on the right of the page, with the caption that you choose. You can of course change that to your requirements. You can read a bit of an introduction about placing images at Wikipedia:Images and there are some more advanced options described at Wikipedia:Extended image syntax if you need them. Hope that helps.
