Please explain how this is spam.

The article serves no purpose but to promote the company, and extols the productiveness of the employees and how it is volunteer run. The no advertisement policy "FCoFix DOES NOT advertise itself via the internet because it's founder does not have the time to track advertisements and prevent fraudulent links to FCoFix. Currently FCoFix is only advertised by Word of Mouth and an Occasional Signature within a Forum or Email." Screams that this is an advertisement for the company.
